Senior Systems Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Drive ticket triage, escalation, and resolution while improving help desk performance and backlog management.
• Administer and support Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Deploy, maintain, and optimize cloud applications and endpoint management solutions.
• Partner with senior architecture leadership to implement automation and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Improve support processes, documentation, and operational efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship while growing toward a lead-level role.

Qualifications

• Advanced hands-on experience with Azure, Intune, and Entra ID administration.
• Experience supporting cloud-first environments and implementing automation.
• Strong background in IT support, systems administration, or help desk engineering.
• Demonstrated leadership experience or clear potential to grow into a team lead/management role.
