About the role

This position directly supports the Ground Systems staff in Systems Engineering efforts for Ground Support Systems.

Responsibilities

• Support systems and software engineering, presentation of status updates, technical analysis, and failure reviews
• Support programmatic decisions with technical analysis by providing courses of action and actionable recommendations based on new or evolving requirements
• Plan, support, facilitate and execute various systems engineering design & technical reviews requiring input on behalf of the government Program Office

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship
• Active Secret security clearance
• 12+ years of applicable experience with an MS degree
• Experience supporting and/or leading a collaborative team (dispersed team of Government, Contractors, Prime Developers)
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills

Qualifications

Preferred:

• Documented systems engineering proficiency in aerospace industry, missile defense preferred
