About the role

The Senior Systems Engineer is responsible for ensuring overall form, fit, and function of GNSS sensor solutions into internal and external customer products.

Responsibilities

• Execute system engineering best practices.
• Define and maintain product-level feature specifications, system layout, and documentation.
• Work closely with the architectural team to ensure maximum component scalability and modularity.
• Understand intended product end-user needs.
• Assist in defining product vision and roadmap.
• Translate stakeholder needs to product requirements.
• Define system-level features and decompose those requirements into individual subsystem definitions and requirements.
• Work across multiple engineering disciplines and development teams to coordinate system definition, design, and integration.
• Ensure individual product design alignment with multi-product architectural strategy.
• Ensure product aligns with applicable standards.
• Work with product verification and validation to ensure system and components perform as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Experienced engineer with 5+ years of career experience (with Bachelor's degree), 3+ years experience (with Master's degree), or 1+ years experience (with PhD). Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• GNSS integration and development experience.
• Furthers knowledge of profession through continued education and/or seeking mentorship.

Pay

The annual salary for this role is $106,725 - $163,645 plus any applicable bonus. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience, and qualification for the role.
