About the role

8+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst in software development.

Strong background in authoring solution requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.

Proficiency in SQL and understanding of relational database schemas.

Experience with REST, SOAP, JSON, and API integrations.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.

Knowledge of BDD frameworks such as Gherkin/Cucumber.

Experience with test data generation tools (e.g., Hexawise).

Ability to coordinate releases and analyze production incidents using tools like Splunk.

Skilled in creating business flow diagrams and OpenAPI contracts.

Understanding of solution architecture and ability to collaborate with architects and tech leads.

Exposure to AI/ML concepts is a plus.
