- 5+ years of progressive IT experience in an environment of comparable size and complexity, with demonstrated ownership of infrastructure rather than component-level support work
- Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID / Azure AD, Intune)
- Windows Server environments: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, file services
- Network infrastructure: LAN/WAN, routing, switching, VLANs, firewall management (Fortinet, Palo Alto, or equivalent)
- Remote monitoring and management (RMM) platforms
- Mobile device management (MDM): Intune or equivalent
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA) and identity governance
- VoIP telephony systems administration
- Endpoint security and patching
- Backup and disaster recovery design and operation
- Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, or equivalent)
- SQL Server fundamentals sufficient for basic administration and troubleshooting
