Senior Systems Administrator
About the Role
As a Senior Systems Administrator, you will keep our infrastructure running like a Swiss watch — resilient, secure, and automated. In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining system health, automating routine ops tasks, archiving critical data, and serving as the go-to escalation point for all major IT issues. You’ll balance daily hands-on work with longer-term planning for system efficiency, scalability, and disaster recovery. This role is ideal for a tech-savvy problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and isn’t afraid to get deep in the logs when things get weird.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor critical systems, including job schedulers, backup processes, and automated data flows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system, network, and application issues, escalating as needed— or more likely, being the person issues get escalated.

- Collaborate with development, security, and DevOps teams.
- Maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical incidents.
- Establish and maintain high standards of operational processes, driving efficiency and minimizing risks.
