Senior Surveyor

Skill Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) or Associate Degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent
• 12 years of experience minimum required, 16 preferred, in the building design consulting or construction industry
• Land Surveyor (LS) License required
• Advanced knowledge of land surveying operations, computations, principles and practices
• Expert proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering plans and construction documents
• Expert knowledge and ability to effectively deal with public, governmental agencies, staff, equipment and supplies
• Proficient in on-site office operation, office workflow processes and problem-solving techniques
• Advanced problem-solving techniques
• Prominent effective people management and leadership capabilities of individuals and an overall team environment
• Possesses oral and written communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with ability to be insured by IMEG carrier; must consent to a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background check
• Proficient in Microsoft and MS Office Suite including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook
