Senior Surgical Technician - Full Time Variable

About the role

This position is Full-Time and will work 12-hour Variable shifts with Call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of technical duties to scrub in surgery.
• Prepares operating rooms for surgery, using appropriate techniques.
• Provides technical services and assists in operating room as assigned and directed.
• Serves as a resource along with the RN Specialty Coordinator for at least one surgical specialty.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• 5 years Scrub experience.
• National Certified Surgical Technologist - National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

Pay

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
