Senior Supply Quality Engineer
- . Ensure we keep details like "5–6 years". Use en dash? Keep as is.
We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. So no heading "Sr. Supplier Quality Engineer". Already not.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
Thus produce something like:
About the role
Delivering on that promise depends on the quality of every part that goes into our products. As our Sr. Supplier Quality Engineer, you make sure the components our suppliers ship meet our standards before they ever reach the line, so every home we power gets a product that lasts. This is a hands-on role spanning the full product lifecycle, from qualifying and developing suppliers through new product introduction and into sustaining quality once parts reach mass production. Lunar Energy was founded to transition homes to 100% clean energy—making our electricity greener, our air cleaner and our energy more safe, secure and reliable for all. We're a fast-growing, global company building the world's best clean energy products to electrify all homes and connect communities to form clean, resilient virtual power plants.

Pay
The salary range estimate for this position depending on level of experience is $150,000-$170,000 USD
We should also include mention of competitive base pay being part of total compensation? Could include in Benefits paragraph. But we already have benefits list; we could add a sentence about competitive base pay and equity. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the sentence: "At Lunar, competitive base pay is one part of our total compensation package. Lunar employees also have the opportunity to become Lunar shareholders by getting equity in a fast-growing company and participating in our employee stock program." That is substantive. We could add aunder Benefits before the list. Thus Benefits section:
At Lunar, competitive base pay is one part of our total compensation package. Lunar employees also have the opportunity to become Lunar shareholders by getting equity in a fast-growing company and participating in our employee stock program.
then- list.
We must not include boilerplate like "We're dedicated to creating a remarkable employee experience." That's also substantive? It's a bit fluffy but it's part of the posting. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep that sentence as well. However, it's somewhat generic but it's in the posting. We could include it. But we need to avoid repetition; we already have a sentence about competitive base pay. The "We're dedicated to creating a remarkable employee experience." is also substantive. Let's include it as a paragraph.
Thus Benefits section:
We're dedicated to creating a remarkable employee experience. At Lunar, competitive base pay is one part of our total compensation package. Lunar employees also have the opportunity to become Lunar shareholders by getting equity in a fast-growing company and participating in our employee stock program.
then list. Now check for any other sections: Schedule not present, so omit. Check for any other content like "Our DE&I Philosophy:" etc. That's boilerplate EEO; we must remove. Also "Our Compensation Philosophy:" etc remove. Also "Please note that the salary range information that follows is a good faith estimate..." remove. Keep only the salary range line. Also need to remove "The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package & benefits, will be at the company's sole discretion, and determined by factors including but not limited to years of experience, job level, geographic location, and other relevant business considerations. The company also reserves the right to amend or modify this job description, employee perks, and benefits at any time." That's boilerplate; remove. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive content: The initial paragraph about mission and company description is included. The "On a given day at Lunar, you'll likely…" we turned into responsibilities bullet list. Good. Check if any other responsibilities like "Lead containment, 8D, and corrective action (CAPA) efforts..." we captured. Check if any other skills like "Strong GD&T knowledge and data analysis proficiency in JMP for capability, measurement-system, and reliability studies" we captured. Check if any other qualifications like "Direct experience with mechanical components..." captured. Check if any other like "Willingness to travel 50% of the time to domestic and international suppliers; US citizenship required" captured. Now ensure we didn't include any duplicate lines. The responsibilities list includes
