Responsibilities

  • Analyzes, develops, and implements long-term supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues and production location decisions in support of business goals.
  • Supports business execution of new programs and initiatives that include promotional activities, forecast and coordination for key events, new product launches, and network redesigns.
  • Maintains key sales and operations planning performance indicators, cost-to-serve performance data, and coordinates cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness of supply chain initiatives.
  • Develops and executes supply strategies for assigned product families sourced through contract manufacturers.
  • Owning the end-to-end supply planning process by balancing demand and supply while optimizing inventory, capacity, and cost.

Requirements

  • Requires Bachelor Degree and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience OR advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
  • Knowledge in SAP
  • Independent decision-making
  • Excel knowledge and functions usage
  • Experienced Planning Professional with a background in complex or end-to-end Global Manufacturing Environments
