Senior Supply Chain Manager, AMZL NA Topology Planning

Key job responsibilities

• Own mid to long-term topology strategy, site selection and site approval process
• 3YF Build plan management and ensuring incremental capacity delivery in a CAPEX optimized manner
• Work with multiple stakeholders across various supply chain functions like outbound transportation, real estate, engineering, launch, finance, operations, sales and operation planning
• Develop and implement ideas to drive continuous improvement by simplifying the processes, infusing AI in daily repetitive tasks, and driving automation across the board
• Identify opportunities and influence organizations to gain support and overcome resistance with data and persuasion
• Lead team and develop direct reports to consistently deliver valuable projects
• Communicate expectations and requirements equally well with business and technology teams
• Write well-reasoned and data-driven proposals, performing your own data analysis as necessary
• Utilize problem-solving skills to work through difficult challenges

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• 5+ years of supply chain experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
• Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field
