We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate (EEO, scam warnings, etc). Keep substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Let's extract sections: - About the role: The initial paragraphs describing company and role? The posting starts with company description, then "Job Description". Likely "About the role" could be the description of role and company. We'll include a section About the role with paragraphs summarizing company and role. - Responsibilities: The bullet list of duties: leading design and delivery, serving as trusted advisor, providing leadership across lifecycle, working with stakeholders, guiding solution design decisions, overseeing functional architecture, managing delivery risks, mentoring consultants, ensuring alignment, helping clients leverage emerging capabilities, staying current with Microsoft releases, etc. We'll put as
  • . - Requirements: Might be qualifications? The posting has "Qualifications" section with bullet list. Also "Additional Information" includes base salary pay range, benefits overview. So we need sections: Qualifications, Skills maybe, Benefits, Pay. We need to decide which headings to use: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have content for About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay. Possibly Skills could be extracted from qualifications (expertise across domains, consulting experience, modern Microsoft tech, AI-enabled capabilities). Could combine into Skills section. Requirements maybe same as Qualifications? The instructions: Use headings as given; we can decide to include only those with real content. We could put Requirements as a section for mandatory requirements (e.g., Bachelor's degree, 10+ years experience, etc.) and Qualifications for preferred qualifications (certifications, etc.). But the posting lumps them together under "Qualifications". Might be better to have one Qualifications section and maybe Skills separate. Let's extract: About the role: company overview and role purpose. Responsibilities: list of duties. Qualifications: bullet list of required education, experience, expertise, consulting experience, modern tech experience, AI capabilities, certifications preferred. Skills: maybe we can extract specific skills: product information management, inventory management, procurement and sourcing, sales and order management, warehouse management, transportation management, manufacturing, master planning, forecasting, intercompany operations, enterprise asset management; also consulting skills, requirements analysis, business process design, blueprinting, data migration strategy, security design, testing, deployment planning, stakeholder engagement; Power Apps, Power Automate, Logic Apps, Azure Data Lake, Dataverse, Dual-write, Azure DevOps, enterprise application integration; AI-enabled supply chain capabilities: intelligent demand planning, supplier collaboration solutions, Copilot experiences, warehouse optimization technologies, emerging agent-based extensibility concepts. But many of these overlap with qualifications. Could create Skills section for technical and functional skills. Benefits: from "Other Compensation / Benefit Overview": Bonus Plan, Medical, Dental and Vision Coverage, Life Insurance and Disability Programs, Retirement Savings with Company Match, Paid Time Off, Flexible Work Arrangements including Remote Work. Pay: Base Salary Pay Range: $150,000.00 - $190,000.00 USD. Schedule: Not mentioned; remote work but no schedule specifics. So we should not include Schedule section. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, scam warnings, equal opportunity statements, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep the exact details? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Means we should not omit details, but we can rephrase? Probably we should keep the substance but can rewrite in our own words as long as we keep the info. Safer to keep the original sentences but maybe restructure. We'll output HTML with sections. Let's craft:

    Pay

Base Salary Pay Range: $150,000.00 – $190,000.00 USD (guideline only, not a guarantee).

We should not include Schedule section. Check for any leftover boilerplate: we removed EEO, scam warnings, equal opportunity statements, duplication. Ensure we didn't inadvertently include any. We have preserved all substantive info: company description, role purpose, responsibilities, qualifications, skills, benefits, pay. We didn't include the note about "This role is not an immediate hire..." That's substantive? It's about hiring timeline. Could be considered substantive. Should we include? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information. That note is about hiring timeline. It's not boilerplate; it's specific to the role. Should we include it maybe in About the role or a separate section? There's no specific heading for "Hiring timeline". Could add a paragraph under About the role or maybe a separate section like "Additional Information". But we only have allowed headings list; we could put it under About the role as extra paragraph. Let's incorporate. Add a paragraph after the About the role description: "Note: This role is not an immediate hire; the company expects to hire in the near future and is building a pipeline of candidates." Also we have note about US citizenship requirement: "NOTE: WHILE THIS ROLE IS REMOTE, YOU MUST BE A US CITIZEN OR ABLE TO WORK WITHIN THE US WITHOUT SPONSORSHIP." That's substantive. Should include. Could be under About the role or maybe a separate section like "Eligibility". Since we don't have a heading for that, we can incorporate into About the role or maybe a separate paragraph under About the role. Also there is "Other Compensation / Benefit Overview" we already captured benefits. Also there is "Base Salary Pay Range*: $150,000.00 - $190,000.00 USD *The current applicable Base Salary Pay Range for this role is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills relevant to the role, internal equity, alignment with market data, or other law." We captured base salary range and note about guideline. Could add that note. Also there is "* NOTE: This role is not an immediate hire, we do expect to hire to the position in the near future and are attempting to build pipeline candidates." We'll add. Also there is "We are an equal opportunity employer..." which we removed as boilerplate. Also there is "All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines" - boilerplate. Also there is "Beware of scams..." - boilerplate. Thus we need to incorporate the US citizenship requirement and the immediate hire note and the salary note. Let's adjust About the role to include those notes. We'll add a paragraph: "Note: This role is remote; however, candidates must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the US without sponsorship. The position is not an immediate hire; Hitachi
