About the role
Apply senior supply-chain and logistics expertise to help train advanced AI systems. You will design, evaluate, and refine complex tasks involving S&OP and IBP, network design, inventory optimization, global logistics, and supply-chain risk management.
Responsibilities
- Author high-difficulty tasks and gold-standard solutions covering planning, network design, inventory strategy, distribution, freight, and disruption scenarios.
- Define realistic context, data sources, expected deliverables, and rubrics that distinguish strong from weak work.
- Review and calibrate output for technical accuracy, practical realism, and consistent quality.
- Identify bottlenecks, trade-offs, edge cases, and ambiguous evaluation standards.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in supply chain management, logistics, operations, or global planning.
- Deep expertise in S&OP or IBP, network design, inventory strategy and optimization, and end-to-end distribution logistics.
- Experience producing executive-level deliverables such as network proposals, safety-stock frameworks, planning decks, freight evaluations, or contingency plans.
- Advanced ability to analyze operational data and model service, working-capital, and risk trade-offs.
- APICS or ASCM credentials such as CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD are strongly preferred.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- AI evaluation or quality-assurance experience is helpful but not required.
