Responsibilities
- Affirm quality of received components by reviewing supplier provided data against drawing requirements.
- Generate reports on supplier quality, monitoring defect rates and identifying potential flaws.
- Guide suppliers to reduce defect rates through process enhancements, implementation of process controls, and development of quality assurance plans.

Qualifications
- Extensive technical knowledge in Sand Castings and relevant machining processes.
- Ability to understand critical supplier technical issues and provide solutions.
- Understanding of Engineering practices and process planning.
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes used to produce components and assemblies.
- Knowledge of shop operations and maintenance procedures.
Pay
Pay Range: $112,704.00 - $169,056.00
