Senior Supplier Quality Engineer, Thermals

About the role

Google Cloud is building the future of cloud computing, and at its core lies a global infrastructure that requires unparalleled quality and reliability. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our thermal hardware solutions.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or thermal-related equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in the thermal technology and manufacturing process.
• 10 years of experience in quality/reliability and thermal technology.
• Experience in statistical product quality control, process capability, reliability, failure analysis, and process improvement.

Preferred qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials, or a related engineering field.
• Certification in Quality (CQE, CQM, CRE, or CQA).
• 12 years of experience in Manufacturing, Quality, or Product Engineering for hardware technology and systems.
• Experience in technical leadership, project management, and executive communication.
• Understanding of thermal management from infrastructure to chip including next generation cooling technologies, materials, components, and solutions.

Pay

US: $171,000 - $248,000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
