Senior Supervisor Electrical Maintenance
About the role
Under general supervision, supervise, coordinate and control the safe and efficient operation of an assigned work unit through subordinate Supervisors. Ensure continued operations of production shifts through execution of the production plan and schedules. Provide Operations input for production and maintenance planning. Ensure adherence to correct safety and operating procedures and compliance with appropriated federal and state laws and regulations. Inspect assigned work units to ensure schedules and objectives are attained. Coordinate daily with other Operational and staff areas, including but not limited to Maintenance, Processing, Engineering, Safety, Environmental, and Sales. Directly supervise first-line or shift Supervisors. Perform other duties as required.

- Cookordinate daily with other Operational and staff areas, including but not limited to Maintenance, Processing, Engineering, Safety, Environmental, and Sales.

Requirements
- High School diploma or GED and seven (7) years of related operational experience, including supervisory or lead experience, OR Bachelor's degree in a technical mining related discipline and three (3) years of operational experience, including supervisory or lead experience.
- Additional certifications or licensure appropriate to the job may be required.
- Knowledge of supervisory methods and techniques.
- Skilled in resolving day-to-day questions/problems regarding equipment, materials, methods and procedures needed to complete projects.
- Skilled in budget preparation, monitoring and administration.
- Skilled in developing and maintaining awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
- Skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards.
- Skilled in communicating effectively, both orally and in writing.
Qualifications
- Shovel/Drill experience.
- Hydromet Electrical experience.
- Line maintenance.
- Concentrator experience.
Skills

Benefits
The estimated annual pay range for this role is currently $105,000 - $145,000. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance.
