Senior Superintendent- Structural/Arch- Data Center

Manage and lead a team of superintendents, project field engineers, and other field staff
Permit document administration and control
Complete review and understanding of subcontractor’s scope of work
Coverage for project safety
Control project access and traffic
To coordinate tool/equipment inventory, coordination and rental
To coordinate, schedule and maintain records of all project testing and certificates including concrete and soil testing
To Coordinate with PM, PCM and PFE daily regarding project progress, S/C performance, QA/QC and reporting
To Complete “3-week look ahead schedule” and update master schedule with PCM
To Complete Daily Log Reports (Procore)
To Maintain “As Built” drawings for final submittal
To Coordinate and schedule project inspections
To Final inspection and proper close-out documentation
To Quality control of installed materials and Equipment
To Site layout and control of benchmarks

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field is preferred
Minimum 6 years’ work experience as a construction Superintendent - In lieu of degree, 10+ years of work experience.
Must have project scheduling, planning, organization and document control
Superior communication and organization skills, especially when managing subcontractors and inspectors
OSHA Certification - In depth knowledge of OSHA safety standards and procedures
Experience with the following software: Microsoft Office Suite, Scheduling Programs and Document

Compensation $120k-$150k+ / year, commensurate with experience
