Core Responsibilities
- Lead engineering and design for complex substation projects.
- Perform engineering analyses, studies, and conceptual designs.
- Provide technical direction, coaching, and knowledge transfer to team members.
- Review contract specifications, bids, and technical deliverables.
- Support project execution, including coordination with contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
- Interpret and apply industry codes, standards, and practices.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience with large-scale substation projects.
- Substation engineering experience.
- Project management skills.
- Current California PE license.
