What You’ll Do

• Lead structural engineering projects from concept through completion
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and multidisciplinary teams
• Support project strategy, design decisions, and quality control
• Continue developing as a technical leader and future executive

Ideal Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
• 8+ years of structural engineering experience
• Experience designing building structures and complex structural systems
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Desire to grow into a larger leadership role
