About the role
Lead a team of professionals in developing and implementing sustainable solutions for urban infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance urban livability and resilience.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to keep all parties informed and aligned on project progress.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local government officials and community leaders to secure project approvals and support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in urban infrastructure projects.
- Proven track record in leading and managing large-scale projects.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and mentor a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices.
- Experience with project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
- Fluency in English.

$80,000 - $100,000 annually.
