Senior Structural Engineer

About the role

Lead a team of professionals in developing and implementing sustainable solutions for urban infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning and execution, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance urban livability and resilience.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to keep all parties informed and aligned on project progress.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local government officials and community leaders to secure project approvals and support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in urban infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record in leading and managing large-scale projects.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and mentor a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices.
• Experience with project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Fluency in English.

$80,000 - $100,000 annually.
