We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description. We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use only sections that have real specific content. We have location remote, hours CST/PST. That's schedule? Could be schedule: remote, CST/PST hours. So we can include Schedule section. Pay: salary range $125k-$140k, plus discretionary annual incentive. So Pay section. Benefits: list benefits given. Responsibilities: list duties. Requirements: maybe "What You Need To Have To Be Considered" includes experience, education, tools, etc. Qualifications: maybe "These Will Help You Stand Out" could be Qualifications or Skills. We need to decide. We have Skills: maybe list specific skills like negotiation, communication, etc. We need to avoid duplication. Let's parse content: Intro: "As a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for category development, strategic procurement engagement, and sourcing execution in collaboration with key internal customers and cross-functional stakeholders. You are accountable for supplier selection and management through planning and executing RFx, monitoring service providers through the purchasing lifecycle, and addressing risk and supplier performance. Location – Remote. The position is open to qualified applicants across the United States. Candidates must be available to work CST or PST hours." Then "In This Role, You Will" bullet list (actually sentences). Those are responsibilities. Then "What You Need To Have To Be Considered" list (requirements). Then "These Will Help You Stand Out" list (preferred qualifications). Then salary and benefits. Thus sections: - About the role: maybe a brief paragraph summarizing role (the intro). Could be used. - Responsibilities: the "In This Role, You Will" list. - Requirements: the "What You Need To Have To Be Considered" list. - Qualifications: maybe "These Will Help You Stand Out" (preferred qualifications). Could also be Skills but we have separate Skills. - Skills: maybe list specific skills like negotiation, contract management, communication, analytical, etc. Could extract from requirements. But we must not create thin sections. Better to combine: Use Requirements for mandatory, Qualifications for preferred, Skills maybe not needed if covered. However we need to follow instruction: Use headings only when posting has real specific content. We have content for About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications (preferred), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. That's many sections but each has content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, application instructions (like "Applications will be accepted until September 25, 2026.") Actually that's date; could be considered metadata but not boilerplate. However instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The date might be considered application instruction? It's a deadline. Might be considered application instruction; safer to drop it. Also "Cognizant will only consider applicants..." is eligibility; could be kept? It's not boilerplate but maybe keep as part of Requirements? It's about work authorization. Could be included in Requirements. We need to preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we must keep the salary range, benefits list, etc. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now craft HTML. Structure:

Schedule

Remote position; candidates must be available to work CST or PST hours.

Check for any duplicated content: We included location remote in About the role and Schedule. That's okay. We must not include any markdown fences. Output only HTML. Check for any boilerplate: We omitted the deadline, the disclaimer about hourly rate, etc. The disclaimer: "Disclaimer: The hourly rate, other compensation, and benefits information is accurate as of the date of this posting. Cognizant reserves the right to modify this information at any time, subject to applicable law." That's boilerplate legal; we should remove. Also removed "We are excited to meet people who share our mission..." etc. That's boilerplate motivational; remove. Also removed "Do not hesitate to apply, even if you only meet the minimum requirements listed. Think about your transferable experiences..." that's application instruction; remove. Also removed "Applications will be accepted until September 25, 2026." (deadline) - considered application instruction; remove. Now ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The intro about responsibilities includes category development etc. Already captured. Check that we didn't omit any responsibility: The list we made covers all bullet points from "In This Role, You Will". Let's verify original sentences: "In This Role, You Will Develop and implement category management plans and sourcing strategies to negotiate and ensure cost savings/avoidance and performance targets are achieved.
