Senior Strategic Operations Consultant
About the Role
Our Senior Strategic Operations Consultant acts as a bridge between our strategy, long-term goals and day-to-day operational execution, ensuring our strategic intent is translated into outcomes and impact. As execution partners, we bring together the right voices and thought leadership to ensure we have the right operational processes in place and effectively execute those processes, making informed, strategic decisions, enabling Allstate to create competitive advantage through technology.
Responsibilities
- Drive the development of Allstate Technology Solution (ATS) Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), aligned with enterprise strategy, business priorities and technology organization priorities
- Ensure strategic priorities are consistently translated into actionable plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes
- Drive day-to-day operational execution by serving as an integration partner across ATS domains, connecting cross-functional leaders and teams to coordinate key activities, ensure alignment with business priorities, and proactively address operational issues and dependencies
- Support OKR reporting and decision-making with senior leadership, surfacing and framing key wins, overall progress towards strategic priorities, and issues/gaps to be addressed
- Drive the ongoing maturation of the ATS operating model, positioning our people and teams to continue to thrive and grow
- Feed insights from operational execution back into strategic planning and goal setting
- Act as a thought leader, driving new, innovative approaches with respect to how ATS defines, executes against, and reports on progress towards strategic priorities
Requirements
- 4 or more years of experience (Preferred)
- This role may require travel to our Chicagoland office at least once per quarter for team meetings, collaboration, and business-related activities

Pay
Compensation offered for this role is $70,100.00 - $121,475.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
