As a Strategic Meeting Planning Specialist within the U.S. Surgical Medical Affairs organization, you will support the planning and execution of medical education programs, physician engagement activities, advisory meetings, conferences, and other business-critical events. This team partners closely with Medical Education, Physician Relations, Marketing, Research & Development, and external suppliers to deliver compliant, high-quality experiences that advance education, collaboration, and customer engagement. This is an onsite role based in Lafayette, Colorado or Boston, Massachusetts. Travel is required to support onsite event execution and stakeholder engagement.
