Senior Strategic Finance Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Strategic Finance Manager to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will shape strategic finance decisions that support product expansion, monetization, and long-range planning in a remote-first environment. You will partner closely with cross-functional leaders to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations and metrics for senior leadership. The position also plays a key role in strengthening forecasting discipline, improving financial visibility, and scaling processes with automation and AI-enabled tools. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $190,500 – $214,767 annually Responsibilities Lead FP&A processes and strategic finance initiatives Partner with cross-functional leadership on key financial decisions Build financial models for product expansion and monetization Review and summarize financial results for quarterly forecasts Own recurring deliverables such as forecast variance and user metrics analyses Scale team processes using AI and BI tools for efficiency Play a key role in annual and long-term financial planning Qualifications 8+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, corporate development, investment banking, or consulting Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, including three-statement forecasts Proven ability to manage complex analyses and connect them to clear metrics Strong relationship-building skills with business partners Experience automating analyses, particularly using AI tools Excellent written communication skills for senior leadership in a remote environment Familiarity with dashboard tools such as Tableau and Grafana is a plus Knowledge of U.S. GAAP accounting and reporting Benefits Transparent compensation structure across the organization Company-sponsored health benefits for U.S.-based team members Paid parental leave Office setup and co-working allowances Support programs focused on team member wellbeing Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
