  • Design and deliver enterprise‑scale analytical products end‑to‑end—including metric definition, data modeling, and self‑service delivery—for multiple audiences across leadership, operating teams, and downstream analytics.
  • Engage senior executive stakeholders proactively to shape the analytical agenda and translate vague business questions into structured, defensible answers.
  • Lead multi‑quarter analytical initiatives that require sustained investigation, cross‑functional insight integration, and pattern recognition across large, multi‑source datasets.

  • Expert command of SQL, including complex queries with window functions, CTEs, multi‑table joins, and performance optimization.
  • Proven track record of owning end‑to‑end analytical products that serve broad stakeholder populations, from metric definition through self‑service delivery.

  • Executive‑grade communication skills—comfortable presenting to C‑suite audiences, setting discussion terms, and defending analytical positions in real time.
  • Intellectual honesty to acknowledge data gaps and make those observations productive.
  • Experience integrating AI or ML into production‑quality analytical workflows (e.g., generative‑AI classification pipelines, prompt‑engineered automation, LLM‑integrated products).
  • Proficiency with a BI or visualization tool (Tableau, Power BI) and a history of delivering to multiple audiences from a single data foundation.
  • Interest in developing deep expertise in Palantir Foundry and becoming a team authority on the platform.
