Senior Strategic and Operational Intelligence Analyst

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Strategic and Operational Intelligence Analyst to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This remote role will shape the organization’s cyber threat intelligence efforts by translating complex data into actionable strategic and operational insight. The analyst will help prioritize threats, strengthen analytic practices, and support proactive defensive measures that improve security decision-making across the enterprise. This position partners closely with senior stakeholders to communicate risks, emerging trends, and implications for the business.

Location & schedule

Remote — US-based candidates only; no visa sponsorship available.

Compensation

$106,900 – $147,000 annually.

Responsibilities

• Own the actor and threat prioritization framework for the CTI team’s operational focus
• Produce threat landscape assessments tailored to the organization’s needs
• Analyze internal and external threat data to identify meaningful patterns
• Articulate priority threats and their implications to stakeholders
• Contribute to proactive countermeasure packages based on threat analysis
• Influence the maturation of the CTI program through improved analytic practices
• Experiment with data sources and methods to refine intelligence approaches

Qualifications

• 5+ years of intelligence experience in all-source cyber threat analysis
• Hands-on problem-solving skills with a curiosity to explore unfamiliar data
• Fluency with AI tools for intelligence analysis
• Experience analyzing structured or semi-structured data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for complex subjects
• Knowledge of security controls and enterprise technologies
• Experience producing strategic intelligence products for senior leadership
