Senior Store Designer
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute 2D/3D retail design and construction documents
- Oversee multiple concurrent projects and timelines
- Ensure quality standards, brand alignment, and compliance
- Lead mentoring, training, and development of team members
- Manage vendor relationships, costs, and procurement processes
- Travel to retail locations for field verification and execution
- Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- 6+ years of relevant design experience (retail preferred)
- 2+ years of project management and leadership experience
- Experience managing large-scale construction projects
- Strong ability to mentor and develop team members
Technical Skills
- Advanced AutoCAD and Revit proficiency
- Experience with Photoshop, SketchUp, and Enscape
- Strong 2D/3D design and rendering capabilities
- Understanding of architectural documentation and construction

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
Schedule Expectations
Frequent domestic and international travel (30–50%). Flexibility required for evenings, weekends, and project deadlines.
Work Environment
Hybrid environment including office-based work and travel to construction sites and retail locations.
