Responsibilities
- Ensure the quality and integrity of programming solutions for all assigned projects
- Lead timely production of statistical reports and regulatory submissions
- Create analysis datasets, tables, figures, and listings for clinical trials
- Provide programming support for exploratory analyses and ad hoc requests
- Maintain high standards of quality control and documentation management
- Build and maintain libraries of well-documented, validated programs and macros
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in statistical programming required, with expertise in R or SAS
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Life Sciences or related field; equivalencies considered
- Demonstrated application of statistical programming in clinical trials and regulatory submissions
- Solid understanding of GCP and ICH regulatory requirements related to statistical programming
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Capable of multitasking across multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
