Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to lead company-wide technically complex programs with high impact and urgency.
What You Will Do
- Work closely with members of company-wide business & Engineering teams to help define, streamline, design and analyze data to build business requirements and then work with engineering teams to articulate requirements, further perform functional & technical data & system analysis, drive engineering to implementation via all phases of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Drive execution with a sense of urgency and technical depth.
- Influence and communicate effectively on many levels.
- Define, iterate and improve operation excellence in large organization.
- High exposure to various tech and business leaders depending on the focus of initiative.
- End-to-end responsibility: from planning and strategy development to execution and accountability for quarterly and annual goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage long-term goals of the organization.
- Prioritize programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.
- Identify systems needs and/or define process to improve efficiency and enable reliability and scalability.
- Able to speak the language of engineers and lead initiatives involving non-functional requirements and platform-level changes.
- Analytical Depth: Sharp with metrics, able to deep dive into data to identify gaps, prioritize effectively, and move with urgency in dynamic environments.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of Strategic Technical Program Management experience.
- Experience in challenging problem solving, deep diving into an issue, identifying root-causes and suggesting realistic solutions.
- Experience synthesizing information quickly, distilling key takeaways, and presenting insights to senior leadership.
- Experience working with large sets of structured and unstructured data and synthesizing into business insights.
- High standards and a bias toward action.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, must be able to run meetings and work streams with senior leadership across the company.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in fast-paced and dynamic environment; effective multi-tasking skills are vital.
- Leadership experience.
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
