Revolution Medicines is a late-stage clinical oncology company developing novel targeted therapies for patients with RAS-addicted cancers. The company’s R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins, including daraxonrasib (RMC-6236), a RAS(ON) multi-selective inhibitor; elironrasib (RMC-6291), a RAS(ON) G12C-selective inhibitor; zoldonrasib (RMC-9805), a RAS(ON) G12D-selective inhibitor; and RMC-5127, a RAS(ON) G12V-selective inhibitor, all currently in clinical development.

About the role

The Information Sciences and Digital Innovation (ISDI) team is seeking a highly technical Senior Staff Solutions Architect, Field Applications to lead the architecture, configuration, development, and integration of critical Commercial and Medical field platforms. This individual will serve as the senior technical authority for field-facing applications and play a pivotal role in shaping the future architecture of RevMed's Go-To-Market technology ecosystem. This role is designed for a hands-on architect with deep expertise in Veeva Vault applications, SaaS platform configuration, API integrations, application data models, and solution design.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead technical architect for Commercial and Medical Field Solutions.
  • Design, configure, and enhance Veeva Vault CRM and related Veeva Vault applications.
  • Perform hands-on platform configuration, workflow development, security configuration, object design, and business rule implementation.
  • Lead architecture and design activities for APIs, integrations, and data exchanges across enterprise platforms.
  • Define scalable application and data models supporting CRM, content, training, analytics, and engagement platforms.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
  • Develop technical specifications, integration designs, and solution architecture documentation.
  • Establish reusable design patterns, architecture standards, and governance practices.
  • Support deployment planning, testing, release management, and post-launch optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with security, privacy, GxP, and regulated life sciences requirements.
  • Proactively assess use cases and implement compliant AI and automation features across field applications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, or software delivery.
  • 5+ years supporting CRM, Commercial, Medical Affairs, or field-facing applications.
  • Strong experience with APIs, system integrations, application architecture, and data modeling.
  • Ability to balance strategic architecture with hands-on technical execution.
  • Experience working in highly regulated environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Veeva Vault certifications.
  • Experience supporting Commercial and Medical field organizations.
  • Experience with PromoMats, ACTO, analytics platforms, and data warehouses.
  • Life sciences, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industry experience.

Pay

Base pay salary range: $186,000 - $233,000 USD for candidates working onsite at our headquarters in Redwood City, CA. The range will be adjusted for the local market if applicable. Individual base pay salary is determined by job-related skills, experience, market dynamics, and relevant education or training.
