Responsibilities
- Set the technical roadmap for the Provider organization
- Establish engineering standards across all teams
- Drive high-impact initiatives within the Provider domain
- Guide the development lifecycle from planning to post-launch maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge technical and non-technical gaps
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience with full-stack development in SQL/NoSQL web applications and microservices
- Proven experience as a principal or lead architect in major product domains
- Deep knowledge of high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems and cloud infrastructure
- Exceptional communication skills with a demonstrated ability to influence across teams
- Experience mentoring and establishing architectural design patterns
