Senior Staff Software Engineer, Fullstack (Marketplace and Consumer Experiences)

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer, Fullstack (Marketplace and Consumer Experiences) to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will shape the technical direction for high-impact consumer and marketplace experiences, with a strong emphasis on platform consistency, reliability, and speed to value. The engineer will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align technical decisions with business priorities and customer outcomes. This is a highly influential role that will help define engineering standards, strengthen team accountability, and support the growth of other engineers across the organization.
