Responsibilities

• Manage project scheduling, tracking, and communication.
• Oversee budget management and risk mitigation strategies.
• Define and manage project scope and changes throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Facilitate and organize cross-functional team meetings, leading SMEs through influence and credibility.
• Lead teams through a structured Stage Gate product development process.
• Present key project metrics, progress, and risks during Project Reviews.
• Organize and track revenue recognition and project budgets.
• Utilize Data Management and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
• Multi-task between projects, managing multiple deadlines with a cooperative and constructive attitude.
• Develop insight into internal and external business models, performance metrics, and financial drivers.
• Manage project budgets effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (engineering or science).
• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years of project management experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Medical device industry experience is a plus.
• PMP Certification and/or Professional project Management Certificate preferred.

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to forge strong, transparent customer relationships, and skilled at customer negotiation and requirement alignment are essential. Outstanding presentation capabilities, including the ability to develop and deliver formal communications, are required.
