Senior/Staff Product Manager : Full Time

About the role

We’re hiring our first Product Manager to bridge enterprise customers and engineering at a 19-person seed-stage company.

Responsibilities

• Run tailored enterprise demos that win deals.
• Own customer lifecycle from pre-sales to post-sale growth.
• Partner with CEO/CTO/engineering to define requirements.
• Build quick prototypes with AI coding tools.
• Manage multiple enterprise engagements seamlessly.
• Drive roadmap insights from customer patterns.
• Own critical product areas: auth, RBAC, workflows, data governance.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of product management, with 5+ in enterprise/B2B software (DevOps, security, infra, or data analytics).
• Strong customer-facing experience: demos, discovery, post-sale expansion.
• Proven ability to translate complex needs into actionable engineering briefs.
• Bonus: built products from scratch or worked in regulated industries.
