Senior / Staff Product Manager, Fraud

About The Role

We're seeking a Senior / Staff Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for Radar Protect, our geo-compliance and fraud detection solution. Based in our NYC HQ, this role involves working closely with customers and prospects to develop innovative products that address the evolving needs of fraud teams.

What You'll Do

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, execution, and customer outcomes for Radar Protect
• Work closely with customers and prospects to understand their fraud workflows, identify gaps, and develop products that meet their needs
• Lead a full-stack product team of engineers and designers, shipping across backend systems, frontend experiences, mobile and web SDKs, APIs, rules engines, dashboards, network graph exploration, logging, monitoring, and desktop apps for macOS and Windows
• Create crisp product specs, 1-pagers, documentation, and launch plans
• Utilize AI to accelerate development processes, including creating designs, prototypes, analyses, documentation, and even code changes where useful
• Conduct sprint planning, QA product experiences, and ensure projects are on track for quick delivery of high-quality work
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and company leadership to define the category and win the market

• If you have owned technical products that include SDKs, APIs, rules engines, dashboards, data pipelines, or real-time decisioning systems
