Senior Staff Product Manager, Device Security
For our client, a leader in the Information Technology space, we are seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager to lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. This role involves collaborating across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture and long-term growth in a technology-driven environment.
About the role
You will own and evolve the Device Security product roadmap, shape its role in the company’s Unified Access strategy, and balance immediate delivery needs with long-term vision. The position involves gathering customer feedback, creating structured product artifacts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Sales and Marketing. You will also establish success metrics, prototype AI-driven product ideas, and communicate complex security concepts to diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the Device Security product roadmap in collaboration with engineering
- Shape Device Security's role in the company’s Unified Access strategy
- Balance immediate delivery needs with long-term product vision planning
- Gather and incorporate customer feedback, creating structured product artifacts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales and Marketing
- Establish success metrics connecting business outcomes to product development
- Prototype AI-driven product ideas using developer tools
Qualifications
- 8+ years in Product Management with a focus on security and IAM products
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS product roadmap delivery
- Experience shaping product vision across engineering teams
- Strong writing skills for creating decision-supporting documentation
- Familiarity with setting OKRs and connecting them to business outcomes
- Ability to clearly communicate complex security concepts to diverse audiences

Pay
$178,000 – $258,000 annually
