Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer, Trust

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term ML technical vision and strategy for Trust organization
• Serve as a technical leader and mentor to other ML and software engineers
• Drive and deliver large-scale, multi-quarter ML initiatives across teams
• Work with large scale data and improve Machine Learning models for the company
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to quantify business impact of ML models
• Coordinate with other trust defense teams to address fraud attacks
• Hands-on develop, productionize, and operate Machine Learning models at scale

Qualifications

• 12+ years of industry experience in applied Machine Learning
• 2-3+ years working with LLMs and novel GenAI technologies
• Bachelor's, Master's or PhD in CS/ML or related field
• Strong programming skills in Scala, Python, Java or C++
• Deep understanding of Machine Learning best practices and algorithms
• Experience with technologies like Tensorflow, PyTorch, and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of Trust and Risk domain is a plus
