Senior/Staff Environmental Technology Engineer

Role Overview: The Senior or Staff Engineer, Global Environmental Technology, provides technical leadership in environmental compliance, emerging contaminants, and environmental technology programs. Key Responsibilities Evaluate emerging contaminants, treatment technologies, and compliance issues affecting global operations.Analyze environmental data, pilot studies, and treatment performance to inform operational decisions.Develop assessments, recommendations, and reports on environmental systems and regulatory strategies.Monitor evolving environmental regulations and support their implementation across manufacturing sites.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve compliance and technology challenges.Leverage AI, advanced analytics, and digital tools to enhance data management and decision-making.Support environmental risk management through data-driven evaluations and develop standardized processes for operational excellence. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Environmental, or Materials Science or related field; advanced degrees preferred.5+ years in environmental engineering, compliance, or related areas.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience working with global, multi-disciplinary teams.Knowledge of wastewater treatment, air emissions, emerging contaminants, and digital environmental tools is advantageous.
