We should not include Pay or Schedule sections. Skills section not present; we could omit. Check that we preserved all substantive info: FTE, start date, department, SL-3 classification (we included SL-3 in About the role). Mention that candidates with diverse cultural experience encouraged (we included in Responsibilities as "Demonstrate commitment to training counseling students and to mentoring a diverse student population." Also we could add a separate bullet about encouraging diverse cultural experience. Might be better to add a bullet: "Encourage applications from candidates with diverse cultural experience who are qualified to mentor and advise all members of our diverse student population." That's from the posting. Let's add that. Also we missed mention: "Candidates who bring diverse cultural experience and who are especially qualified to mentor and advise all members of our diverse student population are especially encouraged to apply." Add bullet. Also we missed mention: "This position will start by October 1, 2026." Already in About the role. Also we missed mention: "Posting Date: September 10, 2026" maybe minor metadata; could be omitted as not substantive? It's date of posting; maybe not needed. The instruction: do not put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a shortor drop it. Posting date is minor metadata; we could drop it. Probably okay to drop. Also we missed mention: "Budget Title: Senior Staff Assistant Local Title: Field Placement Coordinator" Could include in About the role: "Budget Title: Senior Staff Assistant (Local Title: Field Placement Coordinator)". Might be considered minor metadata but it's substantive title. Since the page already shows the job title, we should not repeat the job title as a heading, but we can include the local title in the description. The job title is "Field Placement Coordinator". The page already shows it, but we can still mention it in the description? The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". It doesn't forbid mentioning it in prose. So we can include "Budget Title: Senior Staff Assistant (Local Title: Field Placement Coordinator)" in About the role paragraph. Also we missed mention: "Department: Counselor Education". Already included. Also we missed mention: "Classification: SL-3". Already included. Also we missed mention: "The individual will coordinate the practicum and internship placements in school and mental health counseling for the Counselor Education Department." Already in responsibilities. Also we missed mention: "Providing students with all necessary procedural and site information to ensure their readiness and ability to apply and enroll in practicum and internship courses." Already in responsibilities. Also we missed mention: "Providing training sessions for supervisors to ensure they are appropriately trained and understand the roles, responsibilities, and expectations of themselves, their institutions, the counselor education program, and the counselor education students." Already. Also we missed mention: "Serving as a primary liaison among students, site supervisors, faculty, and community partners regarding placement-related questions, concerns, and challenges." Already. Also we missed mention: "Securing and maintaining affiliation agreements between the College and placement sites; and managing associated administrative requirements and documentation." Already. Also we missed mention: "Ensuring that practicum and internship sites, supervisors, and placement processes meet departmental, institutional, and CACREP requirements." Already. Also we missed mention: "Establishing and maintaining relationships with practicum and internship sites and supervisors, including mental health agencies, clinics, hospitals, school districts, and individual schools;" Already.
