Senior Staff Accountant

Are you a CPA looking to move beyond audit and into a more strategic, business-facing role? In this position, you’ll play a key role in helping leaders make informed decisions by translating financial data into meaningful insights. You won’t just analyze numbers—you’ll influence outcomes across multiple businesses, working directly with leadership to improve performance, evaluate opportunities, and drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Build and refine financial models to support strategic initiatives
- Analyze monthly and quarterly performance, including variance analysis
- Identify trends and translate data into actionable insights
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Partner with business leaders to develop budgets and forecasts
- Support long-term financial planning and identify key performance drivers
- Business Partnership & Decision Support
- Support pricing, investment, and cost decisions through analysis
- Provide ad hoc analysis to senior leadership
- Contribute to evaluation of strategic opportunities, including acquisitions
- Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting and financial workflows
- Possess cross-functional to enhance data, tools, and reporting capabilities
Requirements
- 4–5 years of public accounting (audit) experience with a strong GAAP foundation
- CPA who is ready to transition into a more analytical, forward-looking role
- Comfortable working with data and translating it for non-financial partners
- Coachable, collaborative, and able to operate across multiple priorities
