Senior Staff Accountant

About the role

Location: Indianapolis, IN. Reports to: Controller.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash flow reporting and cash position analysis to ensure liquidity needs are met.
• Prepare and process wire transfers, ACH payments, and other banking transactions.
• Serve as a point of contact for banking partners, assisting with account openings, closings, and maintenance.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Monitor and forecast short-term and long-term cash needs across multiple properties and entities.
• Assist in treasury and banking reporting for management and auditors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 2–5 years of accounting or treasury experience.
• Strong understanding of banking operations, cash management, and treasury functions.

Pay

$70,000 to $85,000 depending on experience
