Senior Specialist, Workday Finance

Responsibilities

• Serve as the company’s functional leader for Workday Financials, Procurement, and Expenses during implementation
• Collaborate with the implementation team on global design and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
• Oversee data migration and ensure data integrity and readiness
• Facilitate workshops with Finance COEs to define and prioritize business requirements and implementation needs
• Define test strategies and manage quality assurance processes during implementation and after go-live
• Own the financial systems roadmap, ensuring alignment with CFO priorities and optimizing solution configurations
• Evaluate and adopt new Workday features, champion innovation through AI and analytics

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Workday Financials as a functional lead or senior consultant, including at least one full-lifecycle implementation
• Workday certification(s) in Financials/Expenses/Procurement or Workday Pro preferred
• Familiarity with Workday EIB/Studio/Cloud Connect; experience with Adaptive Planning or MuleSoft is a strong plus
• Exposure to Prism Analytics, role-based security/SoD design, and audit/SOX processes is advantageous
• Strong communication skills to engage with senior Finance leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
