What You'll Do
- Identify and resolve any shortages and cross-plant issues or delays within the supply chain process maintaining a end-to-end perspective.
- Develop contingency action plans to address potential supply chain disruptions to be proactive.
- Communicate risk, tradeoffs, and scenarios to stakeholders and leadership.
- Represent the Global Supply Planning team during operations planning processes, daily production escalations, and senior leadership report outs and working sessions.
- Manage and monitor supply chain operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
- Analyze supply chain data and performance to identify areas for improvement.
- This includes enhancing ERP settings and Power BI partnering with the COE.
- Cook up with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Work on a global team and leverage best practices amongst each other to ensure personal and team development and success.
- Create and maintain detailed reports on supply chain performance metrics.
- Collaborate with different departments to align supply chain activities with overall business goals.
- 5-7 years’ supply chain management experience;
- Preferably a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Industrial Distribution;
- Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and/or Access, and developing or operating in complex databases;
- Ability to analyze data and turn data into information and action;
- Effective people skills (Communicate, Influence and champion change);
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP MRP/ERP required;
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive accountability across peers as well as leading cross-functional teams;
- Effective problem-solving/critical thinking skills to drive solutions related to complex supply chain models and characteristics;
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders in all levels of the organization;
- Excellent decision-making ability with the confidence to implement those decisions;
- APICS certification a strong plus

- $100,000 - $115,000 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
