Senior Specialist, Program Management (1st Shift) - Remote

Overview

The incumbent is responsible for daily customer service tasks and routine reporting, ensuring stability in the customer experience. The role involves working towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for defined customer programs. The role also supports proposals for optimizing the customer program across active geographies.

Responsibilities

• Meet KPIs and SLAs of customer programs within the accounts that are assigned
• Support KAM and Advisors Program Management with reporting for assigned accounts
• Deliver daily customer service tasks for assigned accounts
• Collaborate with internal and external partners involved in the delivery of defined customer programs
• Flag recurring internal process failures, redundancies, or problems
• Support program improvements by gathering relevant data, flagging issues, and supporting implementation of new processes
• Serve as the first point of contact with customers

Qualifications

• Initial experience within logistics or program management (Preferred 1-3 years)
• Candidates must be within 250 miles of an APL Logistics facility or office

Pay

The typical starting salary range for this position is: $85,000 - $97,100. The actual salary offer will take into account multiple factors including skills, experience, and location. Please note that the salary details listed in role postings reflect the base salary only, not total compensation, which includes bonus and benefits.

Schedule

Candidates are eligible for a designated Hybrid schedule as described below:

• Full-time on-site or full-time remote schedules are determined based on role and business needs.
• Hybrid employees must report to the office 8 days per month, scheduled by their supervisor.
• Warehouse roles are typically fully on-site.
• Candidates outside the 25-mile radius may be considered for fully remote roles, depending on business needs.
• Remote work requires full compliance with company policies, including workspace standards, timekeeping, and communication protocols.
• Commuting costs are not reimbursed.
