Responsibilities

  • Project controls analyst responsible for set up and activation of assigned projects, service orders and production work order support in ERP system.
  • Monitor and analyze program costs, perform financial analysis for labor, material, subcontract and ODC estimates against budget and forecast.
  • Prepare Estimates at Completion (EAC) for direct charge programs by working with cross functional IPT.
  • Provide inputs for the monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and cash forecasting process.
  • Perform variance analysis to forecasted results (EAC, Sales, Profit and Cash), identifying specific drivers of deviations from estimates.
  • Review weekly labor/material charges and perform necessary cost transfers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
  • Active Secret security clearance.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in the Defense Industry.
  • Minimum 1 year experience interfacing and conducting business with various functional disciplines (Contracts, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, etc) in program development and execution.
  • Minimum 1 year experience supporting contractual EVMS programs.
  • Minimum 1 year experience with multiple contract types (CP/FP/T&M).

Qualifications

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.

Skills

  • SAP/Deltek Cobra Experience.
  • Demonstrated strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications (Excel, Powerpoint, Word).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with peers, leadership, and other functions.
  • Experience working independently and with higher levels of management.
  • Ability to effectively work in a challenging and fast-paced environment.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $85,000 - $125,000 annually.

Schedule

The schedule for this role is 9/80.
