Overview

The Offers team is looking for a Product Management Sr. Specialist to help drive our customer experience strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate will lead day-to-day maintenance and seamless CX journey while monitoring existing Offers presentment channels, performance, and site analytics for our global customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day maintenance and seamless CX journey while monitoring existing Offers presentment channels, performance, and site analytics for our global customers
  • Coordinate with internal global offers team and regions to align on offer presentment roadmaps and potential enhancements
  • Support managing tasks related to implementing cardholder journeys for new clients and market opportunities and quarterly program cycles
  • Work cross-functionally across offers organization: Product Enablement, Product Development, Commercialization, and Engineering Teams and partner with broader support operational teams such as Product Operations, CIS, and Business Operations as needed
  • Liaise with Regional Product teams on channel maintenance, enhancements, translations, and key performance indicators on health and success
  • Partner with third party vendors to manage presentment, capability & CX enhancements, AI translations, campaigns, audits, image sourcing, and creative assets for marketing campaigns
  • Support strategy for future of presentment and outlook on the competitive landscape
  • Lead budget activities tied to offer presentment management

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, quality, and consistency across deliverables and processes
  • Hightly organized, with the ability to prioritize competing demands and effectively manage timelines and stakeholders
  • Technical knowledge is a plus, with the ability to understand technical concepts and collaborate effectively with product and technology teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities while maintaining focus on execution and delivery
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating adaptability and sound judgment amidst changing business needs
  • Drive for automation and process improvement, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, scalability, and operational effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Experience in product management or a related field
  • Understanding of digital payment systems and technologies
  • Knowledge of customer acquisition and engagement strategies
  • Experience with open banking and security solutions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with CRM tools and analytics platforms

Pay

The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include:
