Responsibilities

  • Architect and own paid media agency strategy, including agency selection, onboarding, workflow design, and performance management.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and agency partners.
  • Define and maintain standards, processes, and playbooks that scale across campaigns and partners.
  • Own the full campaign lifecycle, including briefing, setup, launch, optimization, and reporting.
  • Manage and optimize paid media budgets across search, social, and display channels.
  • Develop audience targeting frameworks and creative strategies to drive acquisition and retention.
  • Design and execute A/B testing programs across bidding strategies, creative formats, landing pages, and audience segments.
  • Document testing outcomes and create case studies and playbooks based on performance insights.
  • Utilize AI tools to support creative development, experimentation, and performance analysis.
  • Partner directly with merchant partners to develop paid media strategies that drive web ordering and delivery growth.
  • Translate merchant business goals into actionable campaign plans.
  • Communicate campaign performance and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Analyze full-funnel performance to identify optimization and growth opportunities.
  • Own campaign reporting and performance reviews for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with analytics teams to develop attribution models and measure incrementality.
  • Validate performance outcomes and recommend scaling strategies based on data.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of hands-on paid media experience.
  • Experience owning campaigns from strategy and setup through optimization and reporting.
  • Deep expertise with Meta Ads Manager.
  • Deep expertise with Google Ads.
  • Deep expertise with TikTok Ads.
  • Experience managing paid media across search, social, and display channels.
  • Experience developing audience targeting strategies.
  • Experience creating and executing structured A/B testing programs.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with attribution modeling.
  • Experience with incrementality testing.
  • Experience with funnel analysis.
  • Experience developing paid media strategies for external partners or clients.
  • Experience managing or collaborating with external agencies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience using AI tools for campaign optimization, performance analysis, or creative development.
  • Ability to operate independently and build processes from scratch.
  • Experience creating campaign playbooks, testing frameworks, and best practices documentation.
