Senior Specialist - Data Sciences

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Generative AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Machine Learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop LLM-powered applications for enterprise use cases
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines, retrieval systems, and knowledge-grounded AI solutions
• Develop prompt engineering strategies to improve model performance and response quality
• Implement embeddings generation, vector search, and semantic retrieval workflows
• Create evaluation frameworks to measure model quality, relevance, and accuracy
• Develop NLP and machine learning solutions for text processing and analytics
• Implement hallucination detection guardrails and responsible AI controls
• Build and deploy APIs and AI services using Python and FastAPI
• Collaborate with data engineers and platform teams to deploy scalable AI solutions
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI applications in production environments

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience with Pandas and Jupyter Notebook
• Strong foundation in Machine Learning, NLP, and Statistics
• Understanding of model evaluation metrics such as Precision, Recall, F1-Score, ROC-AUC
• Knowledge of model evaluation metrics such as Precision, Recall, F1-Score, ROC-AUC
• Understanding of Transformers and Self-Attention Architectures
• Prompt Engineering and LLM Optimization
• Embeddings and Semantic Search
• RAG Retrieval-Augmented Generation Development
• LangChain and/or LangGraph AI Evaluation Tools such as LangSmith or Galileo
• Hallucination Detection and Guardrail Frameworks

Preferred Skills

• MongoDB and Vector Databases
• FastAPI and REST API Development
• Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD Pipelines
• OpenShift Containerization
• Linux Administration and Shell Scripting
