Job Description

Design develop and maintain Master Data Management solutions using Informatica MDM or similar MDM platforms. Analyze source systems perform data profiling and define data integration strategies. Configure and customize MDM components including data models matchmerge rules hierarchies workflows and business rules. Develop ETLELT processes for loading cleansing and synchronizing master data. Implement Data Quality controls profiling validation and enrichment processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand master data requirements and define governance standards. Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing application support. Participate in data migration and enterprise data modernization initiatives. Work closely with Data Architects Data Engineers QA teams and Business SMEs in Agile delivery environments. Create technical design documents deployment guides and operational runbooks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or related discipline
  • 5–10 years of IT experience with at least 3 years focused on Master Data Management
  • Hands-on experience implementing enterprise MDM solutions
  • Strong understanding of Customer, Product, Vendor, or Reference Data domains
  • Experience with Data Quality and Data Governance initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Informatica MDM Certification
  • Informatica Data Quality Certification
  • TOGAF or Data Architecture certification
  • Experience in Financial Services, Asset Management, or Banking domains
  • Exposure to emerging MDM platforms such as Semarchy, Reltio, Stibo, or GoldenSource

Pay

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Depending on the position offered, other forms of compensation may be provided as part of overall compensation like an annual performance-based bonus, sales incentive pay and other forms of bonus or variable compensation.
