Senior Specialist, Client Processing - Trade Servicing

About the role

This role is located in Lake Mary, FL (Northern Orlando).

Responsibilities

• Makes an impact by acting as a subject matter expert, team trainer, and project leader.
• Maintains trade transaction accuracy and ensures proper handling of Management Information.
• Manages daily business requirements and resolves client queries and issues.
• Assesses exceptions and residual risks, ensuring adequate control management.
• Aids in reviewing and developing Department Operating Instructions and adhering to policies and procedures.
• Analyzes data to identify and solve complex problems, considering broader implications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5-7 years of total work experience, with prior Trade Operations experience preferred.
• Prior Trade Certification like CDCS, CSDG, CITF preferred.
• Strong communication and influencing skills to manage diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Must be a subject matter expert in business, particularly in Training and Technology collision.
• Proven ability to handle Management Information and manage the training and technology needs of the team.
• Experience in resolving complex problems and identifying potential risks.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and train a team effectively.
• Knowledge of trade operations and regulatory compliance.
